Launched in 1993, Moosehide Gathering is an inclusive event that congregates people from Canada, Alaska and international visitors to share and celebrate Hän traditions and culture.
The three-day festival is held every second year at the heritage site of Moosehide village, downriver 3 kilometers from Dawson City. Everyone is invited to enjoy live performances, dancing, drumming and singing, guest speakers, arts and craft, feasts and more.
Guests are invited to camp for free at Moosehide Village. Regular boat transportation is available for free from Dawson.
