Launched in 2011, the Adäka Cultural Festival is a spectacular gathering that includes over 200 artists and performers from all 14 First Nations along with national and international International guest artists. For 7 days, participating artists share their creativity and their culture with audiences from around the world.
The festival features a vibrant schedule of events that includes traditional and contemporary music, dance, drumming, storytelling, film screenings, daily artist demonstrations, art and traditional craft workshops, cultural presentations, an art gallery and more.
